Are your go-karts open?
No. Our track is not open yet, and it isn’t easy to give a firm opening date since there are a lot of moving parts. We’re hoping it’ll be summer of 2023.
How do I book a party or event?
You can check availability and availability by requesting a quote if you have unique needs for your party.
How much are your activities?
On our pricing page, you’ll find pricing information for our trampoline park, axe throwing, laser tag, and arcade.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all activities with a valid military ID card. Thank you for your service.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Friday from 4pm to 10pm, Saturday from 10am to 10pm (Axe throwing is open 12pm to 10pm), and Sunday from 12pm to 7pm. We accept reservations for group events of 15 or more guests Monday through Thursday.
Are waivers required for each visit?
No. However, you will be required to sign a new waiver starting August 26, 2023.
Do I need a reservation for Karting?
Reservations are not required but are highly recommended to minimize wait times. They can be made online here. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed races. Making a reservation holds your spot; be sure to arrive early for check-in, and note that activity times are subject to change.
If I purchase a two or three race package, can I share them with other?
Each racing heat is 7 minutes long. Our races are formatted by lap time so the driver with the fastest lap time wins the race.
Is a Driver’s License required to race?
No. A driver’s license is not required to race.
What do I need to participate?
You must create an account, sign a waiver, watch a briefing video, and wear close-toed shoes.
Is a waiver required?
All guests must complete a waiver prior to participating. Guests without a waiver may still spectate. You can complete a waiver in person upon arrival or online here.
Do I complete a waiver for myself or my child?
You must complete a waiver for yourself and your child if you wish to participate in activities with them. Fill out a waiver for yourself first and sign for yourself. You will be prompted to add a minor before completion. Always add all your children to your waiver the first time you complete one. Otherwise, you must create a new waiver and add them when prompted. Minors cannot have a completed waiver any other way.
Who can sign a waiver for a minor (participants under the age of 18)?
Only the parent or legal guardian of said minor may sign their waiver. If you are bringing along a minor of which you are not the parent/legal guardian, please have their parent/legal guardian complete a waiver prior to arrival. They must fill out a waiver for themselves first, and then they will be prompted to add a minor before completion.
How do I add my child to my waiver if I’ve already done my own?
You must create a new waiver and add them when prompted. Minors cannot have a completed waiver any other way.
Can I walk around and check the place out?
Yes, and we highly recommend it!

Can I watch my friends if I don’t want to participate?
Spectators are permitted on the observation deck, which has a capacity of X people.
When I make a reservation for Karting and Axe Throwing how early should I arrive?
As stated in the Terms & Conditions you acknowledge when making an online reservation, you should arrive during your displayed check-in time – no less than 45 minutes prior to the start of your activity. We may not be able to accommodate any late arrivals. Failure to arrive on time may cause your reservation to be moved back to a later availability, increasing your wait time, or may be canceled without refund depending on our availability at the time of your visit.
When is the best time to come to avoid long lines?
Wait times are always subject to change based on volume. This is not something we can predict. Online reservations guarantee your spot and are available for karting.
Can I just show up and race/ throw/ play?
Absolutely!
Walk-ins are welcome but may increase your wait time for certain activities.
Will I be racing with other people outside of my party?
Yes, races booked in-person and online are public with up to 18-21 participants per racing heat. To race with people in your party, you can book a party or group event.
How fast do the karts go?
Up to 25mph are for Semi-Pro and 45mph for Pro Speed drivers (after 10 races). Pro Skill races are available at designated times.
What’s the difference between Pro Speed and Semi-Pro Speed?
Semi-Pro allows drivers with less experience racing high-end karts or driving experience to race a slightly reduced speed so long as they are 58 inches or taller. Pro Speed is a more competitive pace for drivers with experience racing and have a minimum of 10 races logged in their accounts. All Pro Speed drivers must be at least 58 inches tall and at least 15 years of age.
What are the minimum requirements to race?
All drivers must meet the minimum height of 4’4″ inches, have the ability to safely operate all vehicle controls, and obey all safety directions given by Track Marshals.
Is there a weight limit for karting?
Yes, individuals weighing an excess of 300lbs will affect the performance of the kart.
How long are the races?
Each racing heat is 7 minutes long. Our races are formatted by lap time so the driver with the fastest lap time wins the race.
Why is each race only 7 minutes?
Our races are within the industry standard of average kart race length and are accommodating to the track design and racing experience. Once you try it, you will not be disappointed.
What is a racing heat?
A racing heat is the term given to each individual race.
Do you have two-seater karts?
No. Our track is designed to maximize the racing thrill based on single seater karts.
Can I bring my own helmet?
Yes, please do! We want you as comfortable as possible. Full-face helmets or motocross with goggles are allowed on our track. All helmets must be D.O.T approved.
Can I use my GoPro?
Yes! GoPros can be attached to your personal helmet or as a chest piece. GoPros cannot be attached to our equipment. Be sure to share your footage using #NorthernAir to be featured.
How many drivers can race at one time?
Drivers per race can range from 1 up to 21.
Do I have to do all races on the day I buy them?
No, you do not. When you purchase a race the racing credit goes onto your individual account. It will remain there until we schedule the race for you. Once scheduled you must complete that race or return to Guest Services prior to that race starting in order to have the racing credit returned to your personal account. This is why there is so much value in buying a racing bundle. Buy 5 races today, schedule 2, save the other 3 for another date, and save money on both visits! Please note that races on your individual account may only be booked in person.
Can I split a racing bundle between drivers?
No, racing bundles priced per person. Points are assigned to your individual account and cannot be transferred or split between drivers.
What clothing should I wear?
All drivers are required to wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals or any other open-toe shoes are not permitted on the track. Shoe rentals are available at reception, if needed. Loose-flowing garments such as scarves or dresses should not be worn. We recommend dressing casually in a shirt with jeans/shorts.
What are the advantages of electric over gasoline powered karts?
High speed all-electric karts offer a cleaner, no-gas fume odor compared to gasoline karts. They are also quieter and are better for the environment. More torque is available with all-electric karts, and you do not lose any of the racing thrill recognized from the older gasoline models. This high torque power is needed for our unique multi-level track design for insane thrills and fun.
Do you have group rates?
We offer discounted rates for groups above 18 drivers. For groups of 18 or less, we encourage you to enjoy all the benefits of no hassle online booking. Looking for a premium Supercharged experience? You can request a quote here for a private event.
Do you host private parties?
Yes, we offer facility rentals for private parties so you can have the place to yourself. You can learn more here and request a quote.
Do you host kid’s birthday parties?
Yes, you can choose party packages and book them here. Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
How do I learn about Corporate Events/ Large parties?
Yes, we do! You can send details and request a quote here.
Do gift cards expire? What are they good for?
Gift cards do not expire and may be used on any of our activities. Some restrictions may apply.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase online reservations or for food and beverage.
How do e-Gift Cards work?
e-Gift Cards are super convenient and easy to use. You simply make your purchase on our website here and the eGift card is emailed directly to your supplied email. The lucky recipient can print or display this email on your smart device upon arrival and use as payment.
Why do I need to give you my email address or cell phone?
An email is required to set up an account, make reservations, and purchase e-gift cards to send confirmation and details. If you choose to opt-in to receive emails, we will send your race results at the conclusion of each race via your provided email. We also send out exclusive promotional offers, updates, and special event information. Customers may opt-out from emails and texts at any time. You can view our full Privacy Policy here.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
All sales are final for all activities and gift cards purchased in person and online. If you have any concerns or feel your experience didn’t meet your expectations, please ask to speak to a manager to see how we might best serve you. You may also contact us anytime here.
